Each Work and Life with Stew Friedman podcast episode is an edited version of a conversation Stew recorded on his weekly show, Work and Life, on SiriusXM 111, Business Radio Powered by the Wharton School, supplemented by Show Notes and Selected Links.

The show began in January 2014.  Since then Stew has talked to a variety of experts with the goal of providing inspiration and insights for action that empower listeners to create a greater sense of harmony among the different parts of their lives.
